Returns & Exchanges



Want to send something back to us? No problem, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind and that sizing can be tricky with little ones.

You can return any items from your order for up to 21 days from the date it arrives with you. All sale items must be returned within 7 days for a refund.

To complete your return we require your name and original order number. Please include them in any correspondence with any returned items along with your reason for return. Please return via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service (and keep hold of the certificate of posting just in case) to:-

All goods must be returned to us unworn, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with original labels.

Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s). We will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs.



We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.



Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item has been delivered in a faulty state. Queries placed outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund. If we do receive notification within this time frame, we will process an exchange for any faulty item received and if we have no replacement stock, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
